After you have connected your Facebook page and your Instagram account you have an extra button for your statistics at your profile. There you can see things like impression, reach, profile views, information about your subscribers and so on.

Buffer

Buffer is a very useful tool, if you often forget to post on social media platforms. It's available as an App or a browser version. In the free version you can set reminders for 1 Facebook account, 1 Google+ account, 1 Twitter account, 1 Instagram account and 1 LinkedIn account. You can set up to 10 reminders per account. There are also some trials for the other versions. In this versions you can add Pinterest and up to 10 - 150 accounts in total. You can also add additional team members. 

You can add schedules with your perfect posting times. With Buffer you can find the optimal time for postings. You only have to try the 'optimal posting time tool'.  

What you have to know is, that Instagram doesn't allow other Apps to post. Therefore Buffer downloads the planed picture on your phone, opens it in Instagram and copies the planed caption.
